After months of construction and careful preparation, the dust has finally settled and we have finally launched our newest center in the prestigious Rockwell Center in Makati last January 31, 2019!

The 2018 Mid-Year Sales Conference and Team Building recently concluded on July 5-6, 2018 at the CintaiCoritos Garden in Lipa, Batangas. For two days, the Sales and Marketing Team, along with the sellers forged a path to more success.

It was an evening full of surprises, discoveries, and winners at the PHINMA Properties’ Homevestor’s Night: The Art of Condo Living held last Saturday, September 16, 2017, at the Chardonnay by Astoria. Home investors were able to learn the value of purchasing real estate, pick up lifestyle tips from guest speakers, enjoy special promos and discounts, and win prizes.

Starting at 5pm on a Saturday afternoon, May 20 at Century City Mall’s Events Center, the attendees of PHINMA Properties’ Homevestor’s Night: Lifestyle Deals were in for some great deals and exciting discoveries.
