Reserve your PHINMA home in four easy steps!
1. Upon validation of the unit availability, fill out the Buyer’s Information sheet (BIS) at onlinereservation.phinmaproperties.net. Once completed, an email notification will be sent for verification of the BIS.
2. Please ensure that your submitted Buyer’s Information Sheet is validated before proceeding to payment. Pay the reservation fee via PHINMA Properties biller: Dragonpay
