Homevestor’s Night: The Art of Condo Living

It was an evening full of surprises, discoveries, and winners at the PHINMA Properties’ Homevestor’s Night: The Art of Condo Living held last Saturday, September 16, 2017, at the Chardonnay by Astoria. Home investors were able to learn the value of purchasing real estate, pick up lifestyle tips from guest speakers, enjoy special promos and discounts, and win prizes.

PHINMA Properties’ brand were present to offer consultancy and short lectures. But the highlight of the event were the special talk given by the distinguished speakers of the evening. Peaches de Guzman-Grey, renowned Interior Designer from the Philippines School of Interior Design, gave a very inspiring talk about the importance of maximizing livable space. Chef Gino Gonzalez, prominent chef, restaurateur, and head instructor of the Center for Asian Culinary Studies, also demonstrated a fun cooking demo on how to prepare special meals at home.

Aside from the special lectures, guests were also invited to reserve a unit to avail of the First Year Freedom and the P100k Straight to Down payment Discount promos.
