The first ever kickoff proves to be the brightest
The PHINMA IGNITE, Be the Light 2018 Kickoff happened on March 9, 2018 at the PHINMA Plaza Roofdeck in Makati. It was an afternoon of cheerful morale-boosting featuring PHINMA Properties employees.

The socialized and economic housing division under PHINMA Properties which taps the broader market segment who are mostly single and start-up families from provinces and areas near CBDs.
PINNACLE
The division under PHINMA Properties that primarily targets middle class families, a booming sector of the housing market.
PHINMA PRISM
A return to the company’s roots in luxury development, but this time incorporating the innovation and creative vision that has guided its other developments over the decades.
PATHWAYS
A business line created by PHINMA that captures the millennial market by venturing into CoLiving and CoWorking.
Highlights of the event included a cheering game for all employees, a ceremonial kickoff, and the awarding of the Brand Ambassador of the Year for garnering the most referrals.
