Institutional Sales Head

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • Preferably a licensed Broker
  • Must have at least 5 years experience in Real Estate industry

Senior Project Marketing Officer

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's in Marketing, Advertising or other elated courses
  • With at least 5 years work experience in Corporate Marketing specializing in Advertising, Brand Management, Digital Marketing, etc.; preferably in real estate industry
  • Confident in sharing opinions and articulates well
  • Good presentation & communication skills

Junior Property Specialist

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's in any business related courses; preferably in Marketing or Advertising
  • With at least 1-2 years work experience in sales; preferably in real estate

  • Can deal with different types of people in all levels of the organization

Loan Processor

  • Graduate of any 4-year business related course
  • At least 1 year experience as Loan Processing or similar position
  • Customer Service – Oriented
  • Proficient in using computer software (MS Office)
  • Has good communication & negotiation skills (handling buyer’s inquiries; good at business correspondence)
  • Keen to details; results-oriented, highly motivated, systematic & organized

Allied Support Services & Engineering Team (ASSET) Head

  • Graduate of Civil, Electrical, Mechanical or Sanitary Engineering
  • Must be a licensed Engineer
  • With at least 7 years experience in building/property/facilities management, preferably in a residential property
  • Knowledgeable in technical services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, Genset) and preventive maintenance for buildings/condominium
  • Can build rapport with residents, show empathy and attend to technical concerns on a timely manner
  • With good business-sense and leadership skills an; Must be process-oriented
  • Always aim to provide customer satisfaction
  • Willing to travel within Metro Manila; Inter-site visit
  • Has good command of the English language, both oral and written

Property Administrator

  • Graduate of Management, Finance, Architecture or Engineering courses
  • With at least 5 years experience in property estate management handling residential project
  • Must have organizational and administrative skills
  • Has the ability to resolve problems related to administrative, financial and/or technical
  • Can build rapport, show empathy and implement rules/regulations
  • Independent, able to make sound judgment as deemed necessary
  • With good leadership skills; People-oriented and fosters teamwork
  • Always aim to provide customer satisfaction
  • Has good command of the English language, both oral and written

Loan Evaluator

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Management, Information Technology, or any other Business-related courses
  • With at least 1 year experience in Real Estate/Banking industry, preferably under Loans section
  • Proficient in using MS Office
  • Always aim to provide customer satisfaction
  • Must be punctual, keen to details, and has good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of the English language, both oral and written

Conversion Staff

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Management, Information Technology, or any other Business-related courses
  • With at least 6 months experience in Real Estate industry
  • Can handle and process huge volume of data within the specified time
  • Always aim to provide customer satisfaction
  • Must be punctual, keen on details, and has good interpersonal skills

Sales Site Officer

  • Graduate of any 4-year Business or Social related courses
  • With at least 1 year experience in Real Estate industry, preferably in Sales
  • Knowledgeable with the standard sales procedure in Real Estate industry
  • Must be independent, responsible and customer-service oriented
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel
  • Possess good coordination and interpersonal skills
  • Must be willing to work on a flexible schedule

Assistant Construction Project Manager

  • Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect with a minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management
  • Knowledgeable in using MS Project/ Primavera
  • Can apply effective communication throughout the project
  • Has the ability to delegate tasks and prioritize activities related to construction (e.g. scheduling, monitoring, and control)
  • Must be action-oriented and results-driven
  • Has an understanding of the importance of teamwork

Project Development Director – Visayas

  • Must hold a Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in either Business Administration / Management, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture or other related courses
  • Has at least 10 years of extensive experience in Real Estate project development, land acquisition, LGU coordination and other related tasks
  • Capable of building project pipeline for Visayas Region in accordance to the direction set by the management
  • With knowledge related to project management (e.g. construction activities, sales & marketing, property management)
  • Knowledgeable in conducting studies such as but not limited to market, feasibility and pricing studies
  • Can effectively run the project in coordination with Manila head office
  • Has a wide-range of networks within the project area
  • Must be able to stay on top of multiple priorities; can work under pressure
  • Possess leadership, decision-making and problem solving skills
  • Has an excellent command of the English language, both oral and writt

Plant Engineer

  • Graduate of Civil Engineering
  • Must be a Licensed Engineer
  • With experience in rebar and concreting
  • Knowledgeable in environment, safety and health practices in the project site
  • Must be a team player, possess supervisory skills, time management skills

Geodetic Engineer

  • A Graduate of Geodetic Engineering
  • Licensed Geodetic Engineer
  • Experienced in survey works (at least 6 months work experience)
  • Willing to be relocated within Metro Manila and nearby provinces
  • Proficient in using survey equipment
  • Can work from Monday-Saturday

Accounting Staff

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
  • Preferably CPA
  • With good scholastic records
  • Willing to be trained; can work under minimal supervision
  • Upholds high integrity at work, responsible, and can work under pressure
  • Proficient in MS Office; Experience in Accounting Software is an advantage
  • Must be willing to work on longer hours & flexible schedule
