Job Requirements
Must be a PRC Accredited Real Estate Salesperson
Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in any business-related course
At least 5 years of experience managing and leading a sales team
With extensive experience in real estate sales, preferably in the high-end market
With a deep understanding of the local real estate industry, market trends, and challenges real estate agents face
Strong leadership and capable of developing and implementing sales strategies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
With networks of potential clients, real estate professionals, and industry contacts.
Adept in negotiating deals, solving problems, and making quick and informed decisions
