Last February 18, PHINMA Maayo San Jose officially launched the Trinidad Model House. Guests were at the forefront of experiencing the newest model’s many offerings – from its spacious, brilliantly crafted rooms to its interior design that features native Filipino elements.

Led by Mr. Rogelio Garcia – Chief for Housing Division, attendees of the Trinidad Model House Launch were served with traditional delicacies and modern Filipino songs by the String Quartet Group. He then proceeded to discuss the Maayo Life at the Trinidad Model House, from its ergonomic design, close proximity to essential services, dynamic amenities, sustainability features, and more. Heads of PHINMA Properties led the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony and the house blessing. Finally, the Trinidad Model House opened its door and gave people a glimpse of the Maayo Life it promises.
