PHINMA Property Holdings Corporation (PHINMA Properties), a member of the 100 percent-owned Filipino conglomerate PHINMA Corp., continues to prove it is a strong partner in nation building.
The project, named “Saludad,” which means “to say hello” or “to greet,” aims to address the increasing housing demand driven by the city’s booming economy, the company said in an e-mailed statement last week.
The property development arm of the Del Rosario family’s Phinma Group, in partnership with JEPP Property Corp., has started construction of the 21-hectare Saludad township.
