Reserve Your PHINMA Properties Home in 4 Easy Steps
PHINMA Properties makes online property reservation simple, safe, and convenient. Complete your reservation and payment process with just a few clicks.
STEP 1: Unit Availability & Verification
Once your preferred unit is confirmed as available, fill out the Buyer’s Information Sheet (BIS). After submission, you’ll receive an email notification to verify your BIS.
STEP 2: Pay the Reservation Fee
Before making a payment, ensure your BIS has been validated. You may pay via the PHINMA Properties online Dragonpay payment facility.
Please provide the following information to proceed:
- Name
- Project and Unit details (e.g., APP 122, APP Parking 25)
- Buyer to be named on the reservation
- Email address and contact number
Choose your preferred payment option: online banking, over-the-counter at partner banks, or follow Dragonpay’s instructions.

STEP 3: Submit Initial Requirements
Send the required documents to your Property Specialist or Broker Agent.

Document requirements may vary based on financing type (e.g., HDMF, Bank, or Cash).
- Latest payslip (1 month)
- Valid government-issued IDs (2)
- Filled and signed Housing Loan Application Form (HLA) – for HDMF applicants
- Pag-IBIG MID Number or Membership ID
- Certified true copy of Audited Financial Statements (last 2 years), with ITR and tax receipts
- Valid government-issued IDs (2)
- Filled and signed Housing Loan Application Form (HLA) – for HDMF applicants
- Pag-IBIG MID Number or Membership ID
- Valid Job Contract, Employment Certificate, or Certificate of Deployment/Embarkation
- Latest payslip

STEP 4: Verification and Confirmation
PHINMA Properties Sales Support Group will review and verify your submitted documents. Once confirmed, your reservation will be considered official.
