STEP 5: Reserve Your Unit
Submit the required documents and pay the reservation fee. For added convenience, you may also reserve online.

How do I reserve a unit?
You can reserve a unit by submitting your requirements and paying the reservation fee. Our Property Specialists will guide you through the process step-by-step.
What are the payment options available?
We offer several flexible payment options—Pag-IBIG Fund (HDMF), bank financing, in-house financing, and cash. We’ll help you choose what fits your needs and guide you through the application process.
What’s the difference between Pag-IBIG and bank financing?
Pag-IBIG offers longer payment terms and lower interest rates but has more documentation requirements. Bank financing may be faster but often has shorter terms. We’ll help you explore which one fits you best.
Can I get assistance applying for a home loan?
Yes! Our Property Specialists will assist you by guiding you through the loan requirements and helping you prepare the documents needed for your application with banks or Pag-IBIG.
What documents do I need to prepare?
Basic requirements include a valid government-issued ID, proof of income, and a completed buyer’s information sheet. Additional documents may be required depending on your financing option.
When can I move into my unit?
Once the full down payment is settled (or loan is released), turnover is complete, and orientation is done, you’re ready to move in. We’ll notify you and assist you in scheduling your move-in.
Can I renovate or improve my unit?
Yes, but certain guidelines must be followed. Please coordinate with our property management team to ensure any improvements are aligned with community rules.
Who manages the property after turnover?
Our subsidiary, CPMGI (Community Property Managers Group, Inc.), handles professional property management— from security and maintenance to resident support and community care.
Can I apply for a loan even if I’m working abroad?
No problem, we have options for OFWs and buyers abroad. Our team can coordinate with you digitally, and your representative can reserve or sign on your behalf through a Special Power of Attorney (SPA).
