Step 1:
Upon validation of the unit availability, fill-up the Buyer Information sheet (BIS) at onlinereservation.phinmaproperties.net Once completed, an email notification will be sent for verification of the BIS.
Step 2:
- Provide the details below to proceed with the payment.
- Invoice No.: No. of the chosen and validated unit [Project Abbr. | Bldg. no. –Unit no.] | Sample: Blk1, Lot6, Oct 2020 payment = LikResAl-1-06-10.20
- Name: Juan R. Dela Cruz (Name to whom the reservation will be named after)

- Amount: P100,000
- Remarks: Reservation Fee
- Choose your preferred payment option ( Online Banking/E-wallet and Over-the-Counter/ATM Banking) and follow DragonPay’s payment instructions.
- Payment confirmation will be sent via email. Once received, please send the confirmation to your designated Property Specialist/Broker.

Step 3:
Submit the initial documentary requirements to your designated PHINMA Prism’s Properties’ Property Specialist or Broker Agent.

Step 4:
Submitted documents will be evaluated by PHINMA Properties Sales Operations for verification. Email confirmation will be sent to notify the buyer of the verified reservation.
