Senior Division Manager (SDM)
- 3-5 Years experience in a Real Estate Sales Leadership role
- Successful sales track record
- Strong management and communication skills
- Can recruit three (3) Unit Managers ASAP
- College graduate of any course
- Real Estate Broker License is preferred
- Able to work at PHINMA Maayo Tugbok, Davao City
Unit Manager (UM)
- 2 Years experience in a Real Estate Sales Leadership role
- Successful sales track record
- Strong management and communication skills
- Can recruit and mentor three (3) Property Specialists ASAP
- College graduate of any course
- Able to work at PHINMA Maayo Tugbok, Davao City
Property Specialist (PS)
- Self-motivated and self-disciplined individuals
- Real Estate sales experience is preferred
- Has an immediate/influential network of prospects
- Strong communication skills
- College graduate of any course or at least 2nd Year undergraduate (72 Units in College)
- Able to work at PHINMA Maayo Tugbok, Davao City
