Senior Division Manager (SDM)
- 3-5 Years experience in a Real Estate Sales Leadership role
- Successful sales track record
- Strong management and communication skills
- Can recruit three (3) Unit Managers ASAP
- College graduate of any course
- Real Estate Broker License is preferred
- Able to work at Saludad Township, Bacolod
Unit Manager (UM)
- 2 Years experience in a Real Estate Sales Leadership role
- Successful sales track record
- Strong management and communication skills
- Can recruit and mentor three (3) Property Specialists ASAP
- College graduate of any course
- Able to work at Saludad Township, Bacolod
Property Specialist (PS)
- Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage, but not required
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, preferably highly networked
- Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
- Able to work at Saludad Township, Bacolod City
