WE build FOR a better tomorrow

Community Developers and Construction Corporation (CDCC) started as the Construction Management Division (CMD) of PHINMA Property Holdings Corporation (PPHC). CMD acted as the construction manager of its medium rise condominium developments and the structural shell contractor of the residential buildings.

CDCC have constructed a total of 21,691 shell units – 16,081 shell units for PPHC, and a total of 5,610 units for private developers and LGUs. We have also construction managed a total 5 projects.

Community Developers and Construction Corporation (CDCC) is a Double A construction and engineering company for General Building with registration particulars for Large A- Building and Industrial Plant. CDCC’s primary goal is to provide general construction and construction management services.

CDCC pioneered the use of tunnel form system in the Philippines for the construction of structural shell of repetitive structural units.
