• Manage and coordinate with structural consultants to ensure design execution aligns with project intent, budget, and timelines; oversee billing and deliverables.
  • Develop and review structural designs for residential, commercial, and industrial projects, ensuring compliance with building codes and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to integrate structural systems and support cross-disciplinary coordination and presentations.
  • Conduct technical evaluations, including load calculations, site inspections, safety assessments, and quality control across project phases.
  • Support construction activities by supervising site work, attending site meetings, resolving design-related issues, and providing technical assistance during bidding.

 

Qualifications:
  • Education Background: BS Civil Engineering
  • Professional License: Preferably board passer
  • Professional Experience: At least 5 years in real estate development
  • Knowledge in Autocad, REVIT, Sketchup & Civil 3D
  • Photoshop, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google applications
