Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first aid treatment and emergency care to employees onsite
  • Maintain accurate and confidential medical records of all cases and incidents
  • Monitor and manage employee health concerns, including daily consultations and follow-ups
  • Assist in implementing workplace health and safety programs
  • Coordinate with HR regarding medical-related documentation and compliance (e.g. DOLE reports)
  • Handle medical liquidations and ensure timely and accurate submission of documents
  • Facilitate the enrollment of employees and dependents to the HMO, including processing additions, deletions, and updates
  • Coordinate and schedule Pre-Employment Medical Examinations (PEME) and other medical requirements
  • Manage and maintain clinic inventory, supplies, and equipment
Qualifications:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license
  • At least 1 year of experience in occupational, corporate, or clinical nursing
  • Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) training for nurses is a plus
  • Familiarity with HMO processes and PEME coordination is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, dependable, and able to work independently
