Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first aid treatment and emergency care to employees onsite
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records of all cases and incidents
- Monitor and manage employee health concerns, including daily consultations and follow-ups
- Assist in implementing workplace health and safety programs
- Coordinate with HR regarding medical-related documentation and compliance (e.g. DOLE reports)
- Handle medical liquidations and ensure timely and accurate submission of documents
- Facilitate the enrollment of employees and dependents to the HMO, including processing additions, deletions, and updates
- Coordinate and schedule Pre-Employment Medical Examinations (PEME) and other medical requirements
- Manage and maintain clinic inventory, supplies, and equipment
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license
- At least 1 year of experience in occupational, corporate, or clinical nursing
- Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) training for nurses is a plus
- Familiarity with HMO processes and PEME coordination is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, dependable, and able to work independently
