Property Specialist (PS)

This is the frontline role responsible for direct selling, client prospecting, and providing excellent customer service.

A. Minimum Educational Attainment & Legal Compliance:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Must hold a valid PRC Real Estate Salesperson (RES) license,
  • Must be accredited by DSHUD (or have the capacity to secure accreditation immediately upon hiring).
  • Filipino Citizen, and at least 18 years of age at the time of application.

 

B. Experience & Skills:

  • Experience: Preferably with previous direct Real Estate Sales experience. Must have a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales quotas
  • For experienced hires: At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in direct sales, preferably in real estate, bancassurance, telco, or FMCG.

 

Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer orientation and a passion for sales.
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, social media).
  • Goal-oriented and able to work under pressure.

Unit Manager (UM)

This is a team leadership role, responsible for managing a group of Property Specialists, driving their performance, and ensuring team targets are met.

A. Minimum Educational Attainment & Legal Compliance:

  • * Bachelor’s Degree in any field (a degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering is an advantage).
  • * Must hold a valid PRC Real Estate Salesperson (RES) license,
  • * Must be accredited by the DHSUD.
  • * Filipino Citizen, and at least 18 years of age at the time of application.

 

B. Experience & Skills

Experience:

  • * At least 2-3 years of proven and successful experience as a Property Specialist or in a similar direct real estate sales role.
  • * Must have a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales quotas.
  • * At least 1 year of experience in a team leadership, supervisory, or on-the-job training capacity is highly preferred.

Skills:

  • * Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
  • * Strong coaching and mentorship skills to develop Property Specialists.
  • * Excellent networking and recruitment skills to build and grow the team.
  • * Proficient in sales data analysis and performance reporting.
  • * Advanced knowledge of real estate principles, Pag-IBIG financing, bank loans, and the Contract to Sell process.

Senior Division Manager (SDM)

This is a senior management role with oversight of multiple Unit Managers. The focus is on strategic growth, overall division performance, and high-level leadership.

A. Minimum Educational Attainment & Legal Compliance

  • * Bachelor’s Degree in any field (a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration, Management, or Marketing is a significant advantage).
  • * Must hold a valid PRC Real Estate Salesperson (RES) license,
  • * A valid PRC Real Estate Broker (REB) license is an advantage.
  • * Must be accredited by the DHSUD.
  • * Filipino Citizen, and at least 18 years of age at the time of application.

 

B. Experience & Skills

Experience:

  • * At least 5 years of extensive experience in real estate sales.
  • * Must have a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role (e.g., as a Unit Manager or equivalent) with direct responsibility for multiple teams.
  • * A proven and stellar track record of consistently exceeding division-level sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.
  • * Demonstrated experience in large-scale team building, strategic planning, and business development.
