OUR STORY
Community developers and construction group
1995
Community Developers and Construction Corporation (CDCC) started as the Construction Management Division (CMD) of PHINMA Property Holdings Corporation (PPHC). CMD acted as the construction manager of its medium rise condominium developments and the structural shell contractor of the residential buildings.
1996
CMD through PPHC adapted the use of construction technology when all developers in th country were using conventional construction methodologies. We pioneered the advance construction methodology of the Tunnel Formwork System. And remain to be the only successful Tunnel Formwork Contractor.
2016 FEBRUARY
CDCC was incorporated as a shell company of PPHC to bid for government housing contracts, undertaken by the CMD. And even developed a socialized housing project of it own. Our first 20 years of operations using the Tunnel Formworks System have constructed 8,872 units for PPHC, and 2,001 units for private developers and LGUs.
2021 OCTOBER
CMD was spun-off to CDCC to operate as an independent construction company, having a cost structure similar to other construction companies, providing general construction and construction management services to PPHC and other entities.
2022 DECEMBER
CDCC have constructed a total of 21,691 shell units – 16,081 shell units for PPHC, and a total of 5,610 units for private developers and LGUs. We have also construction managed a total 5 projects.
