Reservation Process

STEP 1: PRE-QUALIFICATION

  • List of income requirements are as follows: 
    • In-House & HDMF-Locally Employed
      • One- (1) month latest payslip
    • In-House & HDMF-Self-Employed
      • Two (2) years Audited Financial Statements with ITR-with Tax Receipt payment
    • In-House & HDMF-OFW
      • Valid Job Contract / Employment Certificate / Certificate on Next Deployment or Embarkment
    • CASH 

STEP 2: PAY YOUR RESERVATION

  • List of initial requirements are as follows:
    • Completely filled-up and signed Reservation Agreement (RA)
    • Completely filled-up and signed Buyer’s Information Sheet (BIS)
    • Signed Checklist of Requirements
    • Initial requirements per payment option:
      • In-House & HDMF-Locally Employed
        • One- (1) month latest payslip
        • Completely filled-up and signed Membership Status Verification Slip (MSVS)
        • Valid ID’s (company or government ID’s)
      • In-House & HDMF-Self-Employed
        • Two (2) years Audited Financial Statements with ITR-with Tax Receipt payment
        • Completely filled-up and signed Membership Status Verification Slip (MSVS)
        • Valid ID’s (company or government ID’)
      • In-House & HDMF-OFW
        • Valid Job Contract / Employment Certificate / Certificate on Next Deployment or Embarkment
        • Completely filled-up and signed Membership Status Verification Slip (MSVS)
        • Passport / Valid ID’s (company or government ID’)
      • CASH
        • Valid ID’s (company or government ID’)

STEP 3: DOCUMENTATION

  • Completion of documentary requirements within 30 calendar days from the date of reservation. 
  • Downpayment shall take effect one month after from the date of reservation. 

STEP 4: MOVE-IN

  • Pag-IBIG Financing – upon take-out. 
  • In-House Financing – full payment of 20% to 30% Down payment and with complete documents. 
  • Bank Financing – upon release of loan guarantee (LOG) from the bank. 
  • Cash Payment – upon full payment and with complete documents.
